Got perfume/s that you think you won't use by the expiration date (or even past it)?

Here are some of the ways to use the perfume that you might have not ever imagined:

1. A substitute to pepper spray (saves you carrying around pepper spray)
2. Substitute to Nail polish removal (EDT is better in this instance due to the higher alcohol content)
3. Room / Linen / Stationery spray
4. Potpourri spray
5. Scent your wardrobe
6. DIY reed diffuser
7. DIY car freshener
8. Add perfume to body lotion (not recommended for sensitive skin, eczema, or people who breaks out easily)
9. Hair mist (to add scent to your hair. Best done hair is damp.)

Best Chewing Gum EVER :)

Greetings peeps :)

Just wanted to show you the best chewing gum that I've came across so far...

Like OMG this chewing gum is different from the others (hence I.D = I'm Different).

When you first chew on this gum, it would give u this sweet grape flavour (hence muscat), and then later changes to a minty flavour as you progress on chewing this. Of course the flavour doesn't last forever, but the fact that it changes flavour, it really catches my eyes (and tongue). Oh, and the packing is really smart as well. You know what I mean when you get your hands on these.

They come in few other different flavours, but I haven`t got my hands on to the other flavours yet.

Well that`s it. If I do get a chance to try the other flavours, I'll post more pics on it.

Renaming music files just got easier :)

Greetings everyone :)

Have you ever tried sitting down and renaming your music or song files one by one? Or perhaps trying to reorganise your song files?

Well look no further, I think I have the solution for you.

All you need are these two softwares to make renaming music files and organising your music folder much easier. Both of these software are freeware, which means they are free of charge for personal use (and maybe commercial, if it is stated on the site).

The Green Hornet - 250111;;

OMFG! I haven`t blogged in ages.

Here`s a quick review on what I did over the period I didn't blog:

• Started working @ Woolworths. Worked 33.25 hrs during the xmas week.
• Received OP 7. Not too happy, but still has guaranteed entrance to QUT Business by passing two units for QUT START.
• Finally got a Debit card. Utilise the card often ever since I got one.
• Got into Bachelor of Business course @ QUT (with guaranteed entrance).

Okay, now moving onto The Green Hornet movie.

Before going out to watch the movie, I went with my sis to ISHS to hand in her report for trying out the school.

After doing that, I went out with Xtiee and Thanh to watch the movie today. We watched it at the Eldorado Cinemas. Thanh gave Xtie and me souvenirs from China :)

I have to say, OMG! It was better than I thought it would be. Jay Chou got a pretty cool role in that movie. I have to say it kinda sucks when Kato (Jay Chou) was referred as a sidekick in the movie. Come on! Kato did nearly everything in there.

After watching the movie, we just head back to shopping centre nearby and did some window shopping LOL. We went to Myer and I bought an epilator.

After that, we made our way to the bus interchange and departed from there.

That was it for the day. I hope I could go out with them more often. Uni is ahead. I wonder what uni life is going to be like since high school is so different.

i can`t do long division :s

the sky was grey. the day just seem so dull.
anyways. i`ll try to keep this short.

well the title is a summary of what i`m gonna say.
i was in maths B class today. we did more integration work.

during the class, teacher put on youtube video of some "player cheating the soccer game" preview (w.e. it`s called). i was amazed how teacher have access to youtube while students doesn`t.

anyways, after watching that preview, the teacher decided to have a maths competition between two students. ali and athavan went up and competed against each other. i didn`t even notice who won the round.

after that, he decided to have a long division competition against me. i refused to go up there at first, but because my classmates pressured me into going up there to verse the teacher, i did. when i went up there, teacher said to me, "don`t beat me". LOL. i kinda panicked because i haven`t done long division in ages. it felt like i don`t even know how to do long division.
30 seconds later...
i saw the teacher standing there. well i gave up after seeing him finished with the long division. emily came up and did the rest of my long division. after that, it was found that my teacher did the long division incorrectly. some kid just came up and put a cross next to his answer. ahaha.

well that just ended the lesson.

that`s about it, i guess.
sounds boring aye?
my point was that i can`t do long division AND my MATHS teacher did long division incorrectly.

was it a sunny day? because i recalled seeing dull sky and light showers.
wednesday, 3rd day of school week.

Maths A
Teacher came to class a bit late today. i`m assuming she poured hot water onto her hand as i could see a large bandage cover most of her hand (i don't exactly remember which hand it was). revised Venn diagrams.

bell rang for AM break. just ate lunch and and made whistling sounds with other friends in the library. reynald got annoyed by the whistling.

Maths B
LOL. teacher walked out of the class to get the "diagnostic test" paper. Athavan and Andrew carried the table, chairs and his item out into the GS hall. some kid from the younger grade stared @ them for doing that. the teacher came back into the class and started to talk about the maths revision to the class. it took him around 5-10 minutes to realise that his desk, chair and items went missing. when teacher realised that his items went missing, he said he hoped everything would "magically" appeared back to where it was while he is helping students with their maths problems. did more maths revision on exponentials.

IPT
before walking into IPT class, Ali and I randomly walked into the Maths B teacher's year 10 computing class. the teacher was wondering wth. 30 seconds later, Ali and I just walked out of the class into our IPT class. later in the lesson, Maths B teacher came looking for my IPT teacher while my IPT teacher was explaining how to normalise those Conceptual Schema diagrams. i saw a lump of the graphics calc in his pocket. Maths B teacher left for around 5 minutes and came back. He waited for the IPT teacher. while he was waiting, i asked if that was a calculator in his pocket. he pulled out the graphics calculator out of the pocket and my friends and me started to laugh. lalala. did more revision on IPT.

bell rang for PM break. just ate lunch and discussed about internet connections with TeeJay and others.

SPP
had a substitute because my SPP teacher wasn't here. did more boring stuff. i think i`m gonna stuff up the QCS test.

well that`s about it for school.

doing nothing interesting atm. got 4 exams in the block next week. got BSB110 exam this Saturday @ 8:30AM. damn, it`s on a SATURDAY MORNING.

well imma go a study now.

Family Gathering 040410;;

today was a fine day.
woke up about 6:30am and got ready for the 7am church.

after church, went back home for last minute preparation for the beach.
head off to the beach at about 8am and got there @ app. 8:50am.
beach we went to was the Manly Beach in Wynnum.

purpose of going to the beach was a family gathering. my cousin from Melbourne and his family came up to Brisbane to visit the family.

my family was there first. second came my cousin from Melb. and his family and his dad. 3rd came the cousins from back door and my tam`s mum & dad.

my other cousins, tam, tuan, thanh, william and thang came later on.

i was on the beach trying to get some tan. but it didnt seem to work. i`m probably gonna get my skin peeled the day after. :(

fast forward...

well when i was @ the beach, my cous, sis and i was offered beers from a random man. we felt pretty awkward. my cousin, tam, declined the offer by saying "uhh, no, we don`t drink beers..."(in a unwelcome voice). the man asked if we were sure and we said yes. the man finally left and then we had a conversation amongst us saying that we should have ignored him.

later on, one of his mate came up to us and apologise that a friend of his offered us beers which made us uneasy.

ahhh, some time went pass. my cous' girls (the one from melbourne) were hanging out with me. one of the girl kinda "copied" me to be nice. i thought to myself "wow! i`m a role model to these kids? i`m amazed!"

well it was getting dark, so the family started to pack up and get ready to go home. we left the beach approximately 6:15pm. i got home @ approximately 6:50pm.

it was a fun day today. it`s nice to see my cous from Melb and his family. the kids were so cute.
i thought it was pretty sad that i couldn`t get a tan but a sunburn :(

well that`s about it for the day.
i guess i`ll post more interesting post(s) later on.

School Jersey '10 - 010210;;

today, the yr 12 received their school jersey which they ordered at then end of last year. it was pretty exciting when we finally get our jersey. the jersey wasn`t as great as we thought, but it was still pretty good since we`re the only year level that gets to wear a school jersey that was different to the school jumpers.

on my jersey, i had "KayOhh" written @ the back of it. there were others with really good names written on their jersey.

Rubik's Cube Solver

after messing up with the Rubik's Cube given by the QUT Business Faculty from yesterday, i could not solve the Rubik's Cube back to its original form. being through that, i googled up a Rubik's Cube Solver. amazing enough, there was a few sites that helps you to solve the Rubik's Cube by giving you the instructions and diagrams to solve it.

one of the site that i came across and found it useful was this site:

in order for the Rubik's Cube Solver to solve your Rubik's Cube Problem, you input the six colours of your Rubik's Cube in the Cube layout given. if your Rubik's Cube is in other colours than the six colours there, you can change it by going through "Advance" > "Custom Colors". okay, pretty self-explanatory.

i was pretty surprised how people can up with this sort of program.
i hope this article would help people out there that's having problems with solving their Rubik's Cube.

QUT START 2009

haven`t blogged in ages!
didn`t do much on the holidays, except for the traditional buying new items for school.
well i decided to do a quick report on the QUT START today.

first of all, why did i get involved with this QUT START program?
well, i wanted to try what those university subjects were like, so i tried applying as a Visiting Student at QUT. my application got approved and allowed me to confirm my enrolment. that`s how i got involved in the QUT START program.

before QUT, met up with Rachel from A/cing class. we talked about our holidays before entering the QUT START intro.

QUT START today started with an intro of some of the services available on QUT GP campus. after the intro, alias on officer called back the a/cing in high school peeps (that included me). she called us back to say that we're not required to attend the QUT START, but we're welcome to attend anyway. well since i`m here at QUT, why not just participate in it?

after that, it was just morning tea. met a dude from Gold Coast. i was surprised how some people would go that far from home to uni (while being in yr 12) every week for uni lectures and tutorials. sometime after, we were splitted into groups by the coloured stars we have on our name tag. i was in the pink/red star group. the group supervisor was named Richard.

having been split into groups, my group went around to other places on campus. some random lady giving a speech about her balancing uni and school back in her 12th grade. met some random peeps that were studying the same subjects in the same semester.

later on, got photo taken for QUT ID card. after that, met other random peeps.

sometime later, the group was escorted to the library. holy crap, the library there is HUGE! there were few levels of books being stored on shelves.

lunch time at 1:15pm

getting to know your faculty was at 2:05pm.

just after 3pm, it was home time.
went to the gatehouse and waited a while 'til my dad picked me up.
on the way home, some dude smashed the back bit of the car. we thought he ran away, but really, he parked somewhere and came to my dad to sort the problems out. they finally came out with a conclusion on how it would solve out.

got home at about 4:15pm.
that was it for QUT START. i can't exactly remember what time i did all those activities above.

well i`ll try to blogg more sometime.

Q1, where is Q1?

okkies, LOL. why the heck did i name my title that?
well, i`d like to report and funny incident that happened in my Maths A class yesterday.

during maths A class yesterday, we were learning about Measures of Spread (Dispersion). In that, we learnt three things, Range, Interquartile Range and Standard Deviation. i`m just gonna talk about the time when we were learning about Interquartile Range.

When teacher was teaching about Interquartile Range, she asked where Q1 was. Blake (some dude from the VI unit - probably has ADHD) replied, "i know where Q1 is, i know where Q1 is. she`s the chick sitting on the other side of the classroom!" he was refering Q1 to me. everybody started to laugh (including me), but i wasn`t really sure wat the teacher`s reaction was. anywho. he kept saying Q1 was me, even outside class. wat do u expect from a ADHD guy?

well, i guess that`s wat i wanted to report. xD

Yay! I got my Learners =]

hehe. well i`ll just outline how i got my learners today...

7:23 - woke up and got ready for the learners test

8:15 - left home to go to Qld Transport Department to do the test

8:30-ish - arrived @ Qld Transport Department. went into the wrong room, got out and went nxt door to the Learner`s test.

okay, arrived nxt door. lady who served us sounded like a *beep*.
told us we needed to fill in this whole crap, like the yellow form, medicare card, and this other form to be filled in. had to go back home and get witnessed signature by the doctor.
so frustrating :@

8:51 - arrived home, got out some other document, hoping it would be useful for the proof of identity for the test. filled out a part of the form.

9:10 - arrived @ doctor`s place. waited for a few min b4 i could go into the doctor`s room where all the check-ups are done. gave the doctor some of the forms that i`ve filled and dad told him that i needed a doctor to witness me signing my signature. so he did. that part of the form is now finished.

9:30 - left the doctor`s place and headed back to the Qld Transport Department.

9:50 - arrived to the Qld Transport Department. ugh, had to wait in the line. @ about 10:00, this time, we were served by a man. had to go through a lot of crap again. dad was so pissed off that he swore. ugh, i swear those ppl there pissed A LOT of ppl when they were going for their learners. after all that, i finally got to do the Learner`s test. it costed me $18.05 to do the Learner`s test. they gave me the laminated question sheets and the paper to answer on.

okkies, well i did the test. i probably did in in 5-10 minutes time (since i thought the questions they gave me were easy =D).

the line started to get longer and longer.
the girl who finished the test b4 me came up the that man who served me just then. he told her she has to go to the end of the line. so i just followed her to the back of the line. while going to end of the line, i saw my cousin, thanh. LOL. he was with his friend. i called him into the line && told him he needed all these requirement for proving is identity. 'Oh shit!' came out of his mouth since he didnt have enough evidence for the proof of identity. but then dad just told him to stay in the line and tried his luck.

okay, 20 minutes later... i came up to the desk again to give in the answer sheet that i filled out. this time it was the lady who served me early in the morning again. the answer sheet got marked and she handed back the result sheet to let me see my result. she told me i got all of it correct. Yay! 30/30. she then asked me if i had $68.40 to get my Learner License. i then asked my dad to pay for it. after paying that amount, i was given a Learner driver kit then had my photo taken for my Learners License. gosh, i look effink stoned. anywho, i was given the card when the license card got done. after that, i just went bak home (and of course my dad drove me).

ahaha, well i would also like to congrat my cousin, thanh, for also getting his Learners with a perfect score.

well to conclude this, i strongly advise you to do the following before you head off to the Qld Transport Department Centre.

• check http://www.transport.qld.gov.au/Home/Licensing/Driver_licence/Identification_requirements/ out for more info about what is required for proof of identity. get them ready.


• have ready at least $86.45 on you when u go the Qld Transport Department.

APRIL FOOLS!

well i`m gonna report today`s day && a bit of yesterday night too. (idk if that even makes sense)

well yesterday night, i was looking @ my this term`s report card.
ugh, it was kinda crappy, i couldn`t believe i got a C for effort in maths B. damn, i really hate this Drew dude. i really want to go up and kick him in the shin so he can sit in a wheelchair. LOL, but then dwee made up a funny story about this dude && darlene. LMAO

okkies, well today, i sat my maths B exam.
gosh, i think i`ve screwed it up >.<

&& LOL @ Belinda, she got a detention slip from Ms Zhang for being in incorrect uniform. LMAO, the detention slip was fake. and darn, she didn`t fell for it :(

ahaha, chemistry tutorial was on today during SPP class.
i attended chem tutorial. the chem teacher called out the roll of people who does chemistry. my name wasn`t on the list bcoz i don`t do chemistry. OH CRAP! i had to go up to the teacher and told her i don`t do chem so that i can get my name written on the roll. thank god she was my last yr`s chem/physics teacher, so she knows me. she probably think i`m whack now =D

omg, i just realised it`s the last day of March 2009! :o

today was a mess >.<
i`m gonna outline today`s school day.
this morning, i knew i wasn`t gonna get a good day, as i woke up half awake and feeling grumpy.

got to school @ 8:15am, waiting for the other friends to come.
bell rang 8:55am for form class. form class went 'til 9:10am.

first lesson was IPT. we did NS-Diagrams (isn`t that great?).

AM break @ 10:25am. my friends and i started to say the name "Darlene" in a funny accent like we did yesterday... that was probably the best bit of the day.

bell rang for 2nd lesson @ 11:00am.
english lesson in 2nd lesson. did the usual, just worked out of a txt book && teacher talking about Australian Identity. lesson ended @ 12:15pm.

3rd lesson was horrible, had to do organisational skill presentation for BCT class. it was a mess. i`m probably gonna have redo 'til it`s competent. lesson ended @ 1:25pm.

ahhh. PM Break, played THiRTEEN. =D

Maths B was the last lesson i had for the day. did more maths revision, as maths B exam is on tomorrow >.< Drew talked about things not related to maths. LMAO
lesson 4 ended @ 3:05pm. thank god it`s over.

bus i caught home was pretty dodgy. it was those old crappy bus.
oh well. that was about it for today. seemed like a long tiring day to moi.
